In October of 2014, Praxis signed a long-term, build-to-suit lease with Slim Chickens, a fast-casual restaurant chain specializing in chicken tenders and wings, to construct a restaurant on a pad site in front of Incredible Pizza.  Construction began on March 23, 2015; Slim Chickens opened for business at the site on August 3, 2015.
